Hills Bank
Since Hills Bank’s founding in 1904, their mission has been to serve customers and shareholders with loyalty and integrity. They believe in fostering community growth through volunteerism, sponsorship, and involvement – particularly in schools and youth programs around Eastern Iowa.
Hills Bank’s Classroom Cash program donates directly to area schools when customers use their debit cards. And its Youth Salute program, now running for 25 years, recognizes about 300 students from 17 area high schools for their service efforts – encouraging them to give back to their communities and to get others involved. Likewise, Hills Bank’s Leadership Grant program rewards up to 20 worthy area students with a partial scholarship toward Iowa’s accredited colleges and universities, based on their academic achievement and community involvement.
Through these programs as well as through their support of The Gazette’s Excellence in the Arts program, Hills Bank is proud to foster the creativity and growth of excellent students across Eastern Iowa!
